We are committed to delivering your fruit preserves in a fresh, safe, and timely manner. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your orders within the United States.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders placed after our daily cutoff time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing time may be slightly extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Domestic Shipping (United States Only)
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using reliable domestic carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Estimated delivery time:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing)
We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly displayed on our website when available.
Local Delivery & Pickup
Barzoryan does not offer local delivery or in-store pickup. All orders are shipped directly to your provided address.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking information to monitor your delivery status at any time.
If you do not receive tracking details within a reasonable time after processing, please contact our support team.
Delays & Service Interruptions
While we aim for timely delivery, external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or peak shipping seasons may occasionally affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery status update so we can assist you with a resolution.
